In a statement, the MD of the company, Siddharth Lal, mentioned that the production of this electric bike will commence in a modular fashion.

Royal Enfield is also working on the 440cc Scram, which will further strengthen its project lineup. The company plans to launch three bikes in India, all equipped with 350-450cc engines. Additionally, there are plans to launch a bomber version of the Classic bike, according to a report by Autocar India.

It is reported that the Royal Enfield Electric will be developed in collaboration with Stark Motors and may be launched in 2024. The bike is expected to be the first electric bike by Royal Enfield and may feature a 4180Wh lithium-ion battery, providing a range of 150 kilometers on a full charge. The bike may also be equipped with a 3Kw electric motor.
