The USTA (United States Tennis Association) is the governing body for tennis in the United States. They are committed to promoting and developing the sport of tennis across all levels and making it accessible to everyone. They are also the organizers of the prestigious US Open. The USTA is passionate about removing barriers and providing opportunities for all to participate in the sport of tennis, regardless of experience.

The USTA is currently seeking candidates for a position involving the design and maintenance of systems and processes for Performance Team support and integration. This role will also involve working closely with the Heads of Women’s and Men’s Tennis, the Director of Coaching, and the Performance Analytics Team. It would also require maintaining office hours at the Training Centers and some weekend work may be necessary.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent leadership skills, be proficient in performance analytics platforms and visualization software, have strong communication skills, and the ability to manage relationships with players, parents, coaches, and the wider tennis community. A college degree is required, with a preference for a Masters, and the candidate must be able to provide references upon request.
