The National Institute of Technology (NIT) Srinagar recently faced a tragic loss with the sudden passing of student Samridhi Gupta. Gupta, a 7th-semester student in the Electronics and Communication Engineering Department, passed away due to cardiac arrest, leaving behind a deep void in the NIT Srinagar community. The Director of NIT Srinagar, Prof. A. Ravinder Nath, expressed his deep sorrow and offered prayers for peace and mercy for the departed soul. He also extended heartfelt condolences to Samridhi’s family and prayed for their strength and patience during this difficult time.
