Launch of the electric double-decker buses in Gujarat marks a significant step towards sustainable and efficient public transportation in which Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel inaugurated two state-of-the-art Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (GSRTC) air-conditioned double-decker electric buses. The launch ceremony attended by Minister of State for Transport Harsh Sanghavi, GIFT City chairman Hasmukh Adhia, GIFT City Managing Director Tapan Ray, Additional Chief Secretary (Ports, Transport, Revenue) MK Das, and GSRTC MD MA Gandhi, marked the commencement of a new era in public mobility.

These buses equipped with advanced technology and amenities. It will be operational on the route connecting Mahatma Mandir and GIFT City, playing a crucial role in facilitating transportation for the upcoming Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit (VGGS) scheduled to be held this week.
