The Poco X6 Series is set to make a grand entrance in the Indian market on January 11, as indicated by a recent Flipkart banner. This new lineup, which includes the Poco X6 and the Poco X6 Pro, is the much-anticipated successor to the Poco X5 series.

Triple Camera Setup: The main attraction in the camera department is a triple setup. It features a 64 MP primary camera with a wide-angle lens, 1/2″ sensor size, Phase Detection Auto Focus (PDAF), and Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) for crisp and stable shots. Complementing this is an 8 MP ultrawide camera with a 120˚ field of view. Additionally, a 2 MP macro camera allows for detailed close-up shots.

Video Capabilities: The device can record 4K videos at 30fps and 1080p videos at both 30 and 60fps.

  • Single Front Camera: For selfies, there’s a 16 MP front camera.
  • Features: It supports HDR.
  • Video Recording: The selfie camera can also record videos at 1080p with options of 30 or 60fps.

Type and Refresh Rate: The Poco X6 boasts an AMOLED display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate.

Size and Screen-to-Body Ratio: The display measures 6.67 inches, accounting for approximately 89.7% of the front of the phone. Resolution and Density: With a resolution of 1220 x 2712 pixels and a 20:9 aspect ratio, the screen has a high pixel density of ~446 PPI. Protection: The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass.

Powering the Poco X6 series is the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset. The phones come with options of 8GB or 12GB RAM, and internal storage options go up to 512GB. There’s a microSDXC card slot, which uses a shared SIM slot, for further storage expansion.

The Poco X6 series is expected to be available in elegant shades of black, blue, and white. The base Poco X6 is rumored to be a rebadged version of the Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G.
