Vivo is all set to unveil its latest smartphone series, the Vivo X100 and Vivo X100 Pro, in India on January 4. The Vivo X100 series is expected to redefine smartphone photography with its advanced triple main camera setup. The primary camera boasts a 50 MP, f/1.6 wide lens with a 1/1.49″ sensor, featuring Phase Detection Autofocus (PDAF), Laser Autofocus, and Optical Image Stabilization (OIS).

Adding to its photographic prowess, the series includes a 64 MP, f/2.6 periscope telephoto lens with a 1/2.0″ sensor, providing 3x optical zoom and OIS for capturing distant subjects. The third camera, a 50 MP, f/2.0 ultrawide lens with a 1/2.76″ sensor, offers a 119˚ field of view.

The selfie camera is equally impressive, featuring a 32 MP, f/2.0 wide lens, supporting HDR and capable of recording videos at 1080p.

Powering the Vivo X100 series is a robust 5000 mAh non-removable battery. The series takes charging efficiency to the next level with a 120W wired charging capability.

The display of the Vivo X100 series is a marvel in itself, featuring a 6.78″ screen with a resolution of 1260×2800 pixels.Alongside the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC, the series is expected to come with options of 12GB or 16GB RAM. The 2160p video recording capability underscores its potential.

While the official pricing will be announced on the launch date, the Vivo X100 series is expected to be competitively priced, considering its advanced features and specifications.
