The Shotgun 650 shares its engine with the Super Meteor 650, which is a 648cc parallel-twin engine with a 270-degree crank, coupled to a slip and assist clutch mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The company has emphasized that they have recalibrated the engine for the Shotgun 650 to accommodate the changes in the weight and tire size of the motorcycle. The bike has a length of 2170mm, width of 820mm, and height of 1105mm. It can reach a top speed of 210km/h and provides a mileage of 20-25km on a liter of petrol.

The special edition of the Shotgun 650 is priced at ₹4.25 lakh ex-showroom, and bookings have already commenced. The delivery of the motorcycle is set to begin from January 2024. It is a limited edition bike, with only 25 units planned for production at the moment.
