In terms of braking system, the Yamaha FZ – X features guarded front forks, a rear monoshock, and alloy wheels with block-pattern tires. It also comes equipped with disc brakes on both ends, supported by a single-channel ABS. The bike weighs 139kg, which is 2kg heavier than the FZ-S Fi. It offers a good ground clearance of 165mm.
