Currently serving as the Deputy Director of Industries in Nashik, this triumphant achievement promises a dynamic shift in his career. The khaki uniform awaits Pramod, signaling the realization of his long-held dream of donning the role of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DySP).
Though Pramod’s roots trace back to the quaint village of Soni in Miraj taluka, the quest for a better livelihood saw his family migrate to Sangli seven years ago. A product of Navodaya Vidyamandir, Palus, Pramod further honed his academic credentials at Walchand College.

Pramod’s father maneuvered the streets of Sangli as an auto driver, while his mother meticulously stitched dreams as a tailor. Though comfortably placed in Nashik undergoing training, Pramod’s aspirations didn’t wane. The lure of serving in the police department propelled him to retake the MPSC exam in 2021.
