He faced setbacks in his first three attempts at the UPSC examination, each failure testing his resolve and patience. But Utsav remained undeterred.

In his fourth attempt in 2017, Utsav’s hard work, persistence, and strategic approach bore fruit. He not only cleared the UPSC examination but did so with an impressive All India 33rd rank. This remarkable achievement was a testament to his unwavering dedication and belief in himself. His rank was a reflection of his efforts and it ensured that he achieved his dream of becoming an IAS officer, a role that would enable him to serve the nation in the capacity he always aspired for.
