This new development is said to allow users to share another user’s profile directly on their own Instagram Story.
New Story Sharing Feature Of Instagram
The potential new feature first spotted by a well-known developer in the tech community is expected to work similarly to the current “Add to Story” option. This option is widely used on Instagram lets users share posts from their feed to their Stories. With the new update, users will have the ability to share profiles in a similar manner and making it easier to promote or share other users’ content with their followers.
